9月の事務局開室時間のお知らせ

8月に引き続き、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止のため、筑波大学では在宅勤務及び時差出勤を活用しています。
9月中は下記のような事務局対応とさせていただきます。
ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

期間：2020年9月1日(火)～9月30日（水）
事務局開室時間：平日13:30～15:30

＊卓上パーテーションごしに、対面式の窓口対応が可能です。
＊入室の際はマスクの着用をお願いいたします。
＊メールは随時、電話は上記の時間帯に限りお受けいたします。
＊自然保護寄附講座図書室の書籍貸し出しが可能です。
＊事務室内の人数を制限するため、対面で5分以上の会話が予想される場合は、オンライン会議の予約をお願いいたします。

事務局では下記のような感染予防対策を行っています。

＊スタッフの健康管理・手洗い・こまめな換気
＊手指消毒液の設置・ドアノブ等の定期的な消毒
＊テレワーク・ローテーション勤務・オンライン会議

Continued in August, to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infectious diseases, University of Tsukuba uses work-at-home and staggered hours.
Therefore, we will correspond as the following in September.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Period: From Tuesday September 1 to Wednesday September 30  2020
Office opening hours: Weekdays 13:30-15:30

*A face-to-face contact is available through the table partition.
*Please wear a mask when entering the room.
*Emails are accepted at any time, and telephone calls are accepted only
during the above hours.
*CPNC Library's books can be rented.
*In order to limit the number of people in the office, please book an online
meeting if you expect more than 5 minutes of face-to-face conversation.

The office has the following infection prevention measures.

* Staff health management, hand washing and frequent ventilation
* Installation of hand antiseptic solution, regular disinfection of door
knobs, etc.
* Telework, rotation work and online meeting

海外留学支援オンラインワークショップ

2020年6月18日 14時11分

⾃然保護寄附講座海外留学⽀援オンラインワークショップ「自然保護分野での海外留学や国際連携に興味ある？～ワークショップで情報収集しよう～」を開催しました。

自然保護寄附講座留学支援担当の庄⼦晶⼦准教授と飯⽥義彦准教授から、海外留学と国連機関での国際連携の取り組みについて話題提供いただき、海外留学の準備から、その経験を活かした仕事についてまで、26名の参加者と意見交換を行いました。学群生から大学院生まで幅広い学年の方にご参加いただました。

閉室延長のお知らせ

新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を防止する観点から、下記の期間を閉室（延長）とさせていただきます。
