10月以降の事務局開室時間のお知らせ
2020年9月28日 15時36分新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止のため、筑波大学では在宅勤務及び時差出勤を活用しています。
10月以降は、下記のような事務局対応とさせていただきます。
ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
期間：2020年10月1日(木)～12月28日（月）
事務局開室時間：平日9:00～17:00
＊卓上パーテーションごしに、対面式の窓口対応が可能です。
＊入室の際はマスクの着用をお願いいたします。
＊メールは、随時お受けいたします。
＊自然保護寄附講座図書室の書籍貸し出しが可能です。
＊事務室内の人数を制限するため、対面で5分以上の会話が予想される場合は、オンライン会議の予約をお願いいたします。
＊新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況によっては、開室時間が変更となる可能性がございます。

＊スタッフの健康管理・手洗い・こまめな換気
＊手指消毒液の設置・ドアノブ等の定期的な消毒

The office has the following infection prevention measures.
* Staff health management, hand washing and frequent ventilation
