事務局開室時間変更のお知らせ
2020年12月16日 11時16分新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止のため、筑波大学では在宅勤務及び時差出勤を活用しています。
国内・県内の感染状況が拡大傾向にあることから、下記のような事務局対応とさせていただきます。
ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
期間：2020年12月17日(木)～
事務局開室時間：平日10:00～15:00

＊卓上パーテーションごしに、対面式の窓口対応が可能です。
＊入室の際はマスクの着用をお願いいたします。
＊メールは、随時お受けいたします。
＊事務室内の人数を制限するため、対面で5分以上の会話が予想される場合は、オンライン会議の予約をお願いいたします。
＊新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況によっては、開室時間が変更となる可能性がございます。
事務局では下記のような感染予防対策を行っています。
＊スタッフの健康管理・手洗い・こまめな換気
＊手指消毒液の設置・ドアノブ等の定期的な消毒
＊テレワーク・ローテーション勤務・オンライン会議

*Please wear a mask when entering the room.
*Emails are accepted at any time, and telephone calls are accepted only
during the above hours.
*In order to limit the number of people in the office, please book an online.

*Opening hours may change depending on the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
The office has the following infection prevention measures.
* Staff health management, hand washing and frequent ventilation
* Installation of hand antiseptic solution, regular disinfection of door
knobs, etc.
* Telework, rotation work and online meeting
